Photography As Fine Art

Fine Art Photography - No constraints, its my vision, for art sake.

It is my opinion that true Fine Art Photography happens when money is eliminated from the equation. Removing the money frees a photographer in a way that says I am making images for the love of photography. The desire to express oneself and master the camera in a way that moves the viewer to either awe or joy, if possible. The viewer can feel themselves with you, in the exact spot, when they view the image. The photographer has made the image that is mentally and emotionally captivating. However, there are just as many fine art photographs that are made like this; the photographer was in the right place at the right time and had the technical ability to create a perfect photograph.
